Olivia – Downtown

Hi, my name is Olivia and I’ve lived in NYC for 2 years! I grew up in New Jersey with 2 sisters and after years of us begging our parents for a dog, we got our little Lhasa Apso (Emmie!) who is now 13 years old and has been my best friend ever since. Dogs have always been not just an interest of mine but also a place of comfort, love, and support. I have loved dogs of all breeds my entire life and have been dog sitting my extended family’s dogs since I was a teenager, ranging from puppy to adult dogs. After I graduated college, I began working in the city in commercial real estate as an analyst. For the past year, I stepped away from that role and have been spending my free time volunteering with animal shelters both in New Jersey and the city. Volunteering with shelter dogs has been a very eye opening experience and has taught me how to handle dogs of all sizes, personalities, and backgrounds. I now have even more patience and appreciation for all different types of dogs. When I am not spending time with dogs, I enjoy traveling, working out, and spending as much time in the sun as I can get in the city. I can’t wait to meet your dog and take them on little adventures!
