Hello! My name is Neil. I was born and raised in NYC, I’m a Navy veteran, I untangle Gideon’s knot in my spare time, and I can juggle. Whenever I’m not walking dogs I like to read and search for hole-in-the wall restaurants around the city.

I’ve been walking dogs since I was a teen and have loved them since I was a kid. I’ve walked all shapes, sizes, and temperaments up, down, and all around Manhattan, including my own chocolate lab Mina, and have treated every dog I walk with the same love and care as my own. I’m grateful to be part of the RuffCity team and the opportunity to care for your doggo.
