Esse – Downtown

Hi, My name is Esse and I’m originally from Philadelphia (you know, Philly). I started as a freelance writer and would sometimes work at Boris & Horton cafe where there’s lots of pups. It was oddly calming as pups curiously said hi to me or cozied up next to me. I was reminded of all the times dogs seemed drawn to me, like how my friend’s rowdy pair of pups who (according to her) don’t like strangers would not leave my side the first time I met them. Then again, my grandfather worked for ASPCA, so maybe that’s where I get a bit of inspiration from too.

I’m glad to be a source of attentive care and a playful pal for pups as we stroll through the city and spend time together. I’m excited to meet your pups!

Fun fact: I named my first car after my grandma’s border collie, Duke.
