Ally – Downtown

My name is Ally and I am a born and bred New Yorker. I love animals- ALL animals. When I was a kid and my mom would ask me what I wanted for my birthday, I would tell her I wanted a Siberian tiger, completely deadpan. Needless to say, my Siberian tiger dream never came to fruition!

We weren’t allowed to have dogs in our apartment building, so of course I wanted a dog that we couldn’t have. I grew up with friends and family members that had dogs. I have a special place in my heart for labs, since my cousins had multiple chocolate labs. To me, there is nothing better than the docile sweetness in a pup’s eyes!

I went to Hunter College here in the city to study urban planning. I have always been fascinated by cities and urban design, and love to understand a new neighborhood and how it functions for the people who live and spend time there. I could walk the city all day long to observe nature and street life. What could be better than strolling the city and building a relationship with a super cute dog?!

When I’m not walking dogs, I can be found on the Brighton Beach boardwalk watching the world and waves go by, doing yoga in my living room, ogling dog and cat videos, or hunting down the best bahn mi and noodle shops!

I’m excited to care for your precious pups!
