My name is Teigan, and I’m an NYC transplant by way of LA (most recently)!  Although I’m technically from Maine, I’ve lived in 24 states, so I say I’ve got a bit of me from everywhere! The reason for my move from LA was because I love the sense of community you get here, plus I have most of my family on the east coast. When I’m not at work, I do a lot of reading, playing with my kitty, and singing!

Dogs mean a lot to me, mainly because I grew up with them. They are definitely my favorite animal, and I always enjoy meeting new pups everywhere I go! As someone who has had dogs ranging from yorkies and pugs to great danes and saint bernards, I love ‘em all. Any breed, any size, they’re all babies to me!

I have worked with dogs with all kinds of personalities. I, myself, have had dogs ranging from cutie couch potato to zoomies central crazy. And I loved every second of both! I have experience with basic obedience training, such as sit, stay, lie down, etc. Having grown up with primarily rescue dogs, I know how challenging it can be with them. But I also know how rewarding it is. When you have a rescue puppy who trusts you, there is no better feeling in the world!

Pets are family, and they should be treated as such, always. I know how important your puppy is to you, and I strive to ensure they receive the same quality of care with me as I know they do with you. I am so excited to be a part of RuffCity, and cannot wait to meet your furry pals!
